A:  The ability to influence subordinates in order to accomplish a mission.

 

Q: What are the three leadership styles? Explain each.
A:  Delegating - giving decision making authority to subordinates.

     Participating - Involving subordinates in the decision making

     process.

     Directing - Instructing subordinates.

 

Q: What are the seven army values?
A: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage.

 

Q: Define Teamwork.
A: The cooperative effort on the part of a number of people working together to achieve a goal.

A: Hill, Valley, Saddle, Ridge, and Depression.

 

Q: What are the three types of North on a military map?
